More Than 48 Hours After Order Placement or Already Shipped
If the order has already entered the shipping process or has been transferred to a logistics carrier, the order generally cannot be canceled directly.
In this situation, you may wait until the product is delivered and then submit a return and refund request through the after-sales service process.
